Do I need to have or replace a system?
No. Fábrica de Valor works in two ways. If your company already has an ERP, we read the data in your system to turn it into management metrics, alerts, and recommendations. You keep your current system, and Fábrica de Valor does not replace it. If your company does not have an ERP yet, you get ready-to-use management features, with no need to roll out a complex system to start professionalizing your management
Which areas does the system cover?
We cover every area of the company. We start with the controllership and sales modules and will soon reach the other areas, so you can take on management as a whole
How much does it cost?
It depends on the fronts contracted and the number of modules, intelligence, executive partnership, and execution. The proposal comes after the diagnosis conversation
How long does onboarding take?
One week. Within seven days the first module is up and running, from the connection to your ERP or from the data the company already has
What is the minimum contract?
Six months in the commercial contract, the same cycle as the six-session executive partnership program
What happens to my accountant?
They stay with you. Fábrica de Valor works alongside your accounting firm, which remains responsible for tax matters and the company's legal obligations
How do you handle my data?
In line with the LGPD, Brazil's data protection law (Law 13,709 of 2018). Your company's data is used only to deliver the contracted service, and the data policy, delivered in writing before the first file, sets out who has access, for how long, and how the data is returned or deleted when the relationship ends
