Who the controller is

Fábrica de Valor, a company being incorporated and based in São Paulo, is the controller of the data processed on this website under Law 13,709 of 2018, Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD. The legal name and tax ID will be added to this page once the company is incorporated

What data we collect

• In the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, the message you write, and the address of the page it was sent from
• In the management check-up, your answers and your result stay in your browser. The result only reaches us if you choose to send it, together with your name, email, and optional phone, or if you send the contact form with the result summary the website places in the message field, which you can delete before sending. The result you send includes the score, the reading by area, the priorities, and the list of questions you answered No or Partly
• Technical browsing data, such as IP address, logged by the hosting and font providers
• When you book a conversation, the details you enter on the Google Calendar booking page, such as name and email
• On WhatsApp, your number, profile name, and the messages you send

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule a conversation, and go over your check-up result. We do not use the data for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer it

Legal basis

Processing relies on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, under article 7, item IX, of the LGPD. When you are personally a party to the contract under discussion, it also relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under item V of the same article

Who we share data with

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website
• Google, which receives the contact form and the check-up result you send, delivers the message to the Fábrica de Valor inbox, runs the booking page for conversations, and serves the website fonts
• Meta, which runs WhatsApp, when you choose to reach us there
• These providers process data outside Brazil, which is an international transfer

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies

How long we keep it

For as long as the business conversation lasts and for up to two years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time

Your rights

You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, and information about sharing, and you can object to processing carried out in breach of the law, under article 18 of the LGPD. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a petition with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority

Data from client companies follows a separate data policy, delivered in writing before the first file, covering what is collected, who has access, which providers process it, how long it is kept, and what is still being built
